Construction of a new industrial building for Ronda Fruits in Barcelona, with a total area of 4,500m²!
The ship stands out for its modernity and efficiency, with a mixed structure of concrete and steel and a foundation with prefabricated piles. A total of 4 scales have also been installed to facilitate loading and unloading operations.
On the ground floor, there is an area of 2,500m² for the handling and storage of fruit and vegetables. On the second floor, there is another 2,000m² for storage.
The office area has also been designed to offer maximum comfort and functionality, with 1000m² spread over two floors. Of particular note are the two reception rooms in each dock area, the office reception, a boardroom, two office cafeteria areas, and several offices.
In addition, the 222m² of curtain wall in the office area has been executed by Goblalum, thus guaranteeing the best quality in finishes and materials.
It has also installed 256 470 W panels with a peak power of 120.32 kWp, thus reducing about 70 Tons of CO₂ annually.
